With the pace of our everyday lifestyle we often forget to slow down and and notice the signs and symptoms of our body. It is very easy to get caught up, and forget that it is because of our body that we have life. When the bodies symptoms are ignored they will worsen forcing us to rest or pay some attention to our health, or they will end up in disease.
Some of these signs and symptoms include:

An Ayurvedic consultation is approximately 1.5hrs.
What to expect in an Ayurvedic consultation?
Presenting Symptoms
We will discuss all symptoms. When you first noticed the symptoms, what you feel, when it happens, what aggravates and pacifies it.
Diet
This includes whether you have an appetite for meals, when you eat, what you eat and how you feel after certain foods.
Physical Activity
The type of physical activity you do, how often, and how your body responds.
Past Medical History
Everything about our body and mind has a flow on affect and can tell so much about your current state of health. This helps when determining the quickest plan of action.
Sleep
We look at how easily you fall asleep, whether you wake during the night, the type of dreams you have, how you feel when you wake up.
Physical Examination
Eyes, tongue, nails and Ayurvedic pulse reading.
Eliminations
Our bodies way of removing toxin. Bowel motion, urination and sweat! Odour, colour, form, undigested food, all tell something different about digestive system functioning.
Relationships
To assess impact of relationships between partners, children, friends, colleagues.
Recommendations
You will receive a diet chart, advice for balancing your conditions and a treatment plan.
